Shorts: Putin meets leaders from Mozambique, Libya and Equatorial Guinea

Africanews reports on Vladimir Putin’s talks in Moscow with counterparts from Mozambique, Libya and Equatorial Guinea. The broadcaster published the short on 28 October following meetings around the Gas Exporting Countries Forum.

The clip records the publisher’s account of the diplomatic encounters. A meeting is not itself evidence of a new agreement, and this post does not attach unverified contracts or policy commitments to the footage.
