An over-speeding automobile on Friday night knocked down and killed a preferred lawyer, Mr. Paul O. Onota, Esq.
The incident occurred near the Udu Native Authorities Council Secretariat at about 3:58 p.m on Friday.
The lawyer, who was a member of the Udu department of the Nigerian Bar Affiliation (NBA), was crossing the highway when the automobile crushed him, leaving his physique mangled.
In the intervening time, members of the Udu department of the NBA are in a state of mourning.
The Udu department NBA Publicity Secretary, Okakuro Akpokona Omafuaire, Esq., stated, “It’s stunning and saddening. This isn’t the sort of information we have been anticipating to listen to. It is a man who was so light.”
Based on him, “Having gone to courtroom and returned simply yesterday, that is one thing we can not settle for. The motive force who killed him needs to be held chargeable for his crime.”
