At the very least two individuals have been killed and several other others kidnapped following coordinated assaults by bandits on Damari in Sabuwa Native Authorities Space and Faras in Matazu LGA of Katsina State.
The incident, which occurred on Friday evening, was revealed in a submit by safety analyst Bakatsine on X on Saturday.
In line with the submit, one individual was killed in every group through the separate however simultaneous raids.
“Final evening, bandits coordinated assaults on Damari, Sabuwa LGA & Faras, Matazu LGA in Katsina State. One individual was killed in every group, with a number of abductions reported. Rural areas in Katsina South stay underneath fixed menace,” Bakatsine wrote.
TAuthorities are but to subject an official assertion on the assaults as of the time of submitting this report.
