Amb. Omatayi Itodo, the coordinator of Nana Basic Academy, Abuja has advised parents to invest more on their children’s education to secure a promising future for them.

Itodo gave the advice on Thursday at the 2016/2017 graduation and prize giving ceremony of Nana Nursery and Primary School, Mpape, Abuja.

”Parents who want better future for their children should invest more on their education. This is the only everlasting gift parents can give their children.

”If this is done, you have totally secured the life of your child for other challenges that may arise. I appeal to  parents to do this because this is the needful,” he said.

The coordinator also called on the children to concentrate on their study and desist from moving with bad friends capable of interrupting their integrity.

Itodo urged proprietors and proprietresses to make the service of education affordable for parents.

According to him, school establishment should be more philanthropic of venture rather than profit making enterprises.

He said that Nana Basic Academy has granted automatic admission to the graduating candidates to JSS 1 and SSS 1 for the next academic session 2017/2018.

Itodo said that the school management also has an intensive provision for the orphans and the children of less privileged in every session. (NAN)
