The Courtroom of Enchantment sitting in Abuja has overturned the ruling of the Federal Excessive Courtroom in Kano relating to the native authorities elections carried out in October, 2024.

DAILY POST remembers that the APC had filed a swimsuit with the Federal Excessive Courtroom, looking for to cease the elections based mostly on allegations that the Chairman of the Kano State Unbiased Electoral Fee, Prof. Sani Malumfashi alongside some commissioners have been card-carrying members of the ruling NNPP.
